I know it feels like fall out there..but I'm still trying to get all my easy/no bake summer recipes in! So hold on summer, don't go just yet. And also temps will go back into the 70s starting tomorrow and possibly maxing out in the mid 70s in the middle of the week.
But here's a simple one for you!
1. Pop popcorn (and take out all the kernels when done)
2. Melt 6 ounces of white chocolate and the mix in 4 tsp. of cake mix
3. Pour chocolate/mix, m&ms and sprinkles over the popcorn
4. Lay it out on wax paper over baking sheet
AND THAT'S IT! Birthday Cake Popcorn!
