Start The Three Day Weekend!

Today: Sunny. High temp of 60 and low temp of 38.
Saturday: Sunny. High temp of 61 and low temp of 37.
Sunday: Sunny. High temp of 64 and low temp of 39.

Let's start the three day weekend! Off to a cold start this morning...but the sun will help make it feel a bit warmer.  Winds will kick up once again today. North wind 10-20 mph.  Continued breezy conditions right through the next 7 days (Red Flag "Fire" Alert...be careful outside!) Sunshine and 60s will also continue through the weekend! 

Today's Holiday: National Walk to Work Day!

According to Google Maps it's going to take me 11 hours and 18 minutes...don't think I'll make it in time.

Today's Food Holiday: National Caramel Popcorn Day!

One of my favorite foods!

Easy Caramel Popcorn Recipe:

10 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 qt.   popped corn 

1. Bring marshmallows, butter and brown sugar to a boil. 

2. Pour over popped corn.  

3. Cool.
